Synchronize Installations

 

When you exchange data files between installations of Aeris, it checks that both the current installation and the installation where the data originated are valid according to the license. If it finds that one of these are not valid, it presents a screen letting you synchronize the current installation to the installation where the data originated.

 

 

If you have purchased a second installation, you can call customer service at (800) 895-3344 for your synchronization code or activation file. Your regular activation file will not work for this purpose.

 

There are several scenarios where you will need a synchronization code:

  1. You installed Aeris on another stand-alone computer.

  2. You are setting up computer workstations on a network.

  3. You uninstalled then reinstalled Aeris on the same computer. (NOT RECOMMENDED)
